Returns & Exchanges
Each Ocasoo piece is made to order and hand-tailored with care. For this reason, returns are not accepted, except in the rare case of a fault or damage upon arrival.
- • If you believe your item is faulty, please complete the Return Form within 3 days of receiving your order.
- • Our Customer Care team will review your request and contact you within 1 business day with a Return Authorization (RA) and next steps.
- • Only items with an approved RA can be returned.
- • To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- • Once received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- • If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you and the return denied.
- • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Size Exchanges
- • Exchanges for sizing are accepted.
- • Please contact info@ocasoo.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
- • The piece must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
- • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the client.
Regional Returns
- • Ocasoo will provide a prepaid return label for approved returns originating from Egypt.
- • For all other regions, the client is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping once the Return Authorization has been issued.
